1st Day - SEGOVIA & AVILA and arrival to SALAMANCA
Departure from Madrid,
Guided tour of Ávila and Segovia, departure from Madrid by private bus (9 – 10 hours approx.) with lunch in a restaurant
They are two historic cities with an impressive monumental heritage from Roman, medieval and Renaissance times. Ávila hides behind its walls an entire city that retains its medieval charm full of monuments. Segovia has an old town where the Roman Aqueduct stands out, which is the most significant and best preserved monument of the Roman era in Spain and has become the symbol of the city. The Cathedral and the Alcázar are also distinguished along with other civil and religious monumental beauties of Gothic and Romanesque style.
Arrival to Salamanca, dinner and accommodation
2nd Day
Breakfast at Hotel.
Guided tour of the World Heritage city, Salamanca is the favorite city for students from all over the world to learn Spanish.
Visit of the Plaza Mayor, one of the most splendid in Spain, the center of the city’s social life, built in 1756 in the Baroque style. Continuation of the guided tour of the city with an enormous heritage, touring the exteriors of the Cathedral complex, the historic building of the University which is the oldest in Spain, Casa de las Conchas, etc…

3rd Day. Trip to Arribes del Duero & La Alberca
Breakfast at Hotel.
Full day excursion,
Departure to the Arribes del Duero.
Boat trip on the Duero River, where in the middle of nature you can see the canyons and cliffs along with the birds that live in the Natural Park, such as the golden eagle and the black vulture among others
Lunch in restaurant
Departure to Ciudad Rodrigo and La Alberca.
Ciudad Rodrigo, is a town full of culture and history, with a fortified enclosure from medieval times.
La Alberca, known for being one of the most beautiful and representative towns of old Spain.
Return to Salamanca
